Refund policy
1. Claim Submission Timeline
To report misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please submit your claim within 3 days of delivery.
2. Required Documentation
For replacements and refunds, you must provide:
- Unboxing videos showing the product and packaging
- Clear photos of the defective product
- Images of the original packaging
3. Replacement Eligibility
Only genuine complaints regarding defective, damaged, or misprinted items are eligible for exchange. All claims for replacements must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
4. Size or Wrong Order Issues
Exchanges due to ordering the wrong size or without any defect are not applicable.
In such cases, customers must place a new order.
For size discrepancies, please provide photos of the product along with its measurements.
5. No Returns for Unsatisfactory Color or Size
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for dissatisfaction with size or color if the product is otherwise defect-free.
6. Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange claim.
If no unboxing video is provided, we will not be liable for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
7. Handling of Packages
Please unbox packages carefully. If the package is damaged during opening (e.g., with scissors or sharp objects), claims for replacement, refund, or exchange will not be accepted unless an unboxing video and photos of the courier cover are provided.
If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please take photos, record an unboxing video, and mention the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This will assist us in claiming compensation from the courier.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis. In general, we will refund the full order amount for genuine defective & wrong items.
9. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your submitted videos, photos, and other relevant details, our team will carefully review the issue. If your request is approved and eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days.
